if not is it a final uncontested done deal now and just a matter of loose legal ends being tied up? if not what was the sources of her money that she lived off of how did she buy real estate, boats, and support (fund) her celebirty lifestyle? is larry birhead a bar passed actual lawyer????????? please confirmed sources of info.

Her late husband's estate is still in dispute.
Howard K. Stern is a lawyer, but it looks like Anna Nicole was his only client.
Larry Birkhead is a photographer. Since he is the one seeking a DNA test, he is probably the real father. He is not (and has never claimed to be) a lawyer.

She was awarded 400 and something million to start . then that was overturned and she got nothing , then that was overturned and she got 80 something million, then that was over turned to nothing again.
Whether the estate is still entitled is any ones guess as her dead son (R.I.P.) was the only beneficiary of her will but now with her dead aswell does the existing husband have a claim to the estate?? Howard k. stern. who knows maybe only maybe he killed them both they should check his background,
One thing for sure though its definately Larry Birkheads baby as ive seen pictures and they are so alike. so paternity should be expedited cos that kid is in the wrong arms every night.

Larry Birkhead is a lawyer???? I think you got the men mixed up Howard K Stern is the lawyer, Larry Birkhead is the paparazzi/photographer.

No the case is still pending in the U.S. supreme court. It looked as though she was going to win some of it but now it looks like the lawyers are going to clean up. I feel sorry for her daughter. However, A.N. had lots of her own money so I sure her daughter will be well taken care of.

no she has not gotten any of the money. she was in court fighting for it - and just got a ruling last year that she could go back to court on appeal. so any money is a long way off - if ever. larry birkhead wasn't a lawyer - howard stern is the lawyer. he worked for her in court before they became...whatever it is they became!

firstly when u r a celebrity u get tons of stuff from people!! They hardly spend their own cash unless its necessary.
secondly - Howard Stern is the reputed husband
thirdly - Larry Birkhead is claiming to be the father of the child, whereas he did claim it before her death, and she did not resolve it by granting a simple paternity test to set every mind at rest.
So I can see a battle between thoses 2 guys - its her mother that is annoying me, why wait till she is dead?

still in court. yea he is a lawyer but with no clients. she made a living from photos and the anna nicole show. she also was close with the crew from entertainment tonight so she did a few things with them.

If she could say yes, I would marry her. but she is dead. I do not dwell on or wish to marry a dead person.

from what i understand it is not a done deal and no one has the money...she was fighting for the money with his son and he died and her son died and now she is dead do you think thats a coinincidence(sorry bout the spelling) i think howard k has something to do with all of their deaths so close together and the unexplained ways they died....whats goin to happen to the baby if she gets the money and he cant touch it until she dies or gets old enough to get it herself????? i think he is responible for it all
