People can be shallow and materialistic. It's the nature of the beast, we all to some degree judge others, either on their dress, comportment, car, house, etc. It's unfortunate and even though I have allowed such thoughts to cross into my mind, I do make the distinction and thus avoid the judgement. I recognize that I have a failing that needs to be addressed and by doing so, prevent a similar judgement in the future.

People judge you because it's a choice you made based on taste, your lifestyle and your income so someone could conceivably judge things aobut you by weighing those factors up with the car you chose.

I'm not a driver, i don't know a great deal about cars, other than that are way too many people in my area showing off with the cheaper end of the Porsche line.

ride a frigging bike.i have two cars and people will throw things at me.thinking I am poor. and make fun of me for being poor.I ride for exercise.and I own a $260.000 home.boats & a lake house.people will judge you because they dont have the spirit of God in their lifes.and dont have manners.people sometimes want to always put themselfs over others to make themselfs feel good.since they themselfs dont feel right about themselfs.
you just be yourself and to hell with others opinions.
I was sexually molested by a man when I was seven, but I do not hate all gays.people need to have understanding and yes, love for their fellow man.and look at the individual . not what their driveing or wearing.
Peace

I drive a Toyota too, but I'm not a short Japanese man. Go figure.

Tacoma, are you from the state of Washington? A lumberjack, perhaps?

Honestly I do not care. These people are very shallow, very very shallow. I buy a vehicle for its practicality. I like to travel and often take friends with me when I do. That is why I have a Chevy Astro. Lots of room, well built and the V6 gets good gas mileage.

My guess is in Detroit they would judge you differently than they would in San Diego or San Francisco.
