Do you think that Hugo Sanchez should encourage Mexican players to seek employment abroad instead of the Mexican domestic league ?

no matter how much hugo encourages the players dosent mean they will have employment, if a team in europe wants them is up to the player and his team to deal with that. but is best in my opinion for mexican players to stay in mex cause most of them get send to the bench and are away from family nd dont make much more money than on mexico.

What Mexico needs is to have a stronger and more competitive league. That way when the world cup comes around the players will have more time to prepare, like the previous world cup, in which the national players were called upon 60 days before the world cup started. Otherwise clubs are require to release players 15 days before the world cup starts.

he can encourage them, but it is their decision. some players do not want to leave mexico because they will not play as much and they will be so far away from their family and friends. some players are not ready to give up the life they have at home to try to succeed in europe. that why in the past so many have gone back to mexico after being at a european team for only have a season. hugo should encourage the players he feels are determined to succeed in europe and have the best fortitude.

it is really not up to him it is up to the players..........some players do get to europe but make way less then in the mexican league..........and their families would not be so happy living in a foreign country........just look at borgetti ......he played in Saudi Arabia for less then half a year and he ended up coming back because of the cultural differences
