Could be stress. Take a relaxing shower or bath, try & empty your mind of any thought that may make you feel nervous. Try to destress yourself. Do stay away from caffeene, drink your tea & try to get some rest. If it continues, see your doctor. You may need a sleeping pill such as Ambien. Try going to bed early tonite, maybe watch a little TV to relax. Lack of sleep will definately make you shakey. Good luck & take care.

Yes, if you're short on sleep, you can feel out of sorts in any number of ways, including jittery. The tea may help with a small caffeine boost.

Your best bet for the nerves is to focus on your tasks, eat decent meals, and get to bed slightly early tonight.

Do you lose sleep often or was this new for you? Lack of sleep effects people differently so it is possible. As for the nervous feeling, if there is anything that you know normally calms you (reading, taking a walk, etc) maybe try that?

Yes, the lack of sleep would do that. And hot tea would help, especially one with chamomile or Valerian root in it.

Good luck!

sure. lack of sleep may reason mood transformations, sleepiness, fatigue, irritability, situation concentrating and decreased reaction situations. In children it truly is really basic for sleepiness to be manifested as agitation or irritability, so lack of sleep might want to actual reason a baby to lose her mood easily.
