Usually in a contest or some situation like that, if the deadline is April 1, they want whatever it is submitted by midnight on March 31. It would depend. If you had to mail it, a deadline might be midnight on the actual date of April 1. Is this a situation where you could ask someone associated with whatever is going on?

Depends...were I'm from, if you are talking taxes...you would have until Midnight of Apr 1 to get them posted to mail. Most deadlines indicate the cut off time which is usually as of Midnight on the last day of submission. If in doubt, contact the Company, office or official for clarification.

if the deadline is april 1rst it can be turned in by the end of the business day or must be received by april 1rst. if you are sending it in the mail it has to be in their hands by the end of the day on april 1. if you are handing it in you must do so on that day. But it will make you look better, more reliable, dependable if you turn t in before the deadline.

think of roughly it this way: whilst your instructor asks you to show an task in on December a million, do you pass to his/her abode at 11:fifty 9 on November 30 and turn it in? i'd assume that she would prefer you to show it in once you walk into type on December a million at 9:00 am. That representation replace into just to show you which you're superb. i'm nonetheless engaged on my app too.
