I haven't seen it yet, but I'll tell you what I know... Nelly's faking being injured or something and Laura finds out and pushes her down the hill in her wheelchair... can someone tell me what the episode was called please?!

It was a two part episode, The Race and Bunny, from the beginning of the third season. The scene you are talking about is in Bunny.

Bunny
When Nellie is involved in a riding accident with Bunny and appears to be paralyzed, a distraught Harriet blames Laura and orders her husband to shoot the animal. Laura quickly takes Bunny home with her and laments over Harriet's cruel accusations. Nellie's initial paralysis wears off quickly, but she fakes her injuries to receive additional gifts and attention. Determined to make things right, Laura vows to help Nellie with her studies daily, but Laura experiences friction with family and friends as the strenuous guilt over the accident deepens. When everyone discovers the truth about Nellie, Nels contemplates his daughter's wrongdoing and returns Bunny to Laura.
The Race
Laura and her horse Bunny are slated to win a special race that is being planned in Walnut Grove. Angry and resentful over her father's decision to return the animal to Laura, Nellie throws a trademark tantrum that prompts Harriet to purchase her a new thoroughbred from Mankato. As the race draws near, Laura is disheartened that Nellie might overtake her and Bunny, but support from family and friends encourages Laura to persevere with her training. Trouble lurks when Bunny appears to be in low form on race day, but this creature is just as competitive as her spirited owner, and the outcome of the race brings special surprises for everyone.
