Earrings like that look horrid. No one likes to look at someone else who "seems" like they are well-pierced. Guess I'm just old-fashioned that way (and I'm only 35...lol)

Body piercing shops have this type of earring, as well as all types of interesting accessories not generally carried by other stores. You should also check out online body piercing shops that carry accessories.
Ear cuffs that clip on to the top of your ear and dangle often don't require any piercing, while some are a combination of ear cuff and earring that require the lobe to be pierced. Ear pins are great too, some requiring a pierced ear and some not.
