Only in the summer, because in the winter, I get cold and I want socks.
In the winter, I put my feet in a bucket of hot water and if feels sooooooo gooooood...
In the summer or any season where it's hot there, on a hot beach, barefoot in the sand, yeah...deep concentration all right...

In all actuality, no, one does not concentrate better when barefoot. It can rise your endorphins in order to make you feel more comfortable with a project at hand by having your bare-feet connect with the floor, and feeling less restrictive is always comforting, but as for better concentration, nah!

I'm always barefoot but I've never really noticed a difference in being able to concentrate better. Never really paid attention to it.

I believe I do, but I'd phrase it the other way around. Wanting to be barefoot when I can't occasionally interferes with my concentration.

Good question. I am barefoot right now. I think it depends on what I am writing. Poetry and plays, yes. Or else socks but no shoes. If it's just playing video games, I don't think it matters as much. I wonder if that is related to right brain function and "feeling" more with bare feet.
