How to Make Your Skin Glow in Minutes

Cut papayaA 15-minute treatment that will result in soft, glowing skin. Easy to make at home, luxurious to use and quite a lot less expensive than the beauty salon. Here's how you do it:

Steps

Assemble the "Things You'll Need.
Rub a piece of cut papaya flesh on your face and neck.
Let the rubbed on papaya sit for 15 minutes.
Rinse off with warm water.
Rinse again with cool water. This will close the pores.
Pat your skin dry with a towel. See "Tips" for the method.
Touch your face and feel the difference. Your face should feel and look much more radiant.
Touch up with some moisturizer if needed. If your face feels dry, just apply toner/moisturizer. Use as natural a moisturizer as possible.

Tips
Always pat dry with a towel. Rubbing can easily break the small capillaries under the facial skin and cause redness and fine "spider lines" if you have skin prone to this. Rubbing may also cause bacteria to spread; theoretically, this might lead to spreading pimples, although acne is more likely to be caused by dietary or genetic afflictions.

Warnings
Don't use this remedy if you are allergic to papaya or other tropical fruit, such as mango.
Avoid touching your face too often as this will transfer the oils from your hands to your face, making it oily and irritated.

Things You'll Need
Papaya (cut open to reveal the flesh)
Water

Your skin will naturally glow when it is healthy. What I do is take GNC's hair skin and nails daily vitamins and use a cleanser ever morning and toner every morning and evening. I haven't had any break outs or acne since I've started this daily routine (about 2 months ago) and I don't even bother with make up anymore because my skin has a natural glow. Try it and see if you have the same results. Good luck!

You could use a product such as jhonsons holiday skin. this is a normal moisturiser that you can use everyday and everyday that you put it on it invigorates the skin with tanned particles. After about 3 days you will notice the bright glow that your skin has. To add to this glow either keep up with the routine of applying holiday skin everydy or apply false tan over the already holiday'd skin face.!! :)

Celebrities can afford top-notch professionals to give them facials and products that make them look shiney and new.

In reality, however, it all starts with your face cleanser. Use an exfoliant. Aveeno Radiant daily facial cleansing pads are great. After just one use you'll feel softer skin, and after about two or three weeks, you'll see results on your skin.

If you're looking for a make-up product, go with an iredescent powder over your foundation. Look for one that has a slight shimmer to it. That's where celebrities get their glow.

In the summer, invest in a high-quality bronzer.

Celebrity Skin Care Secret: Ole Henriksen
With my growing bias in favor of natural skin care ingredients (or at least non-toxic additives) I'm on the hunt for anti-aging products that are at minimum paraben-free and offer a healthy dose of natural anti-oxidants.

Stumbled upon the African Red Tea Face Mist [$28] made by Ole Henriksen, the LA spa, product, and natural skin care guru to celebrities like Matthew McConaughey, Charlize Theron, Mark Wahlberg and Renee Zellweger. The face mist includes pomegranate as well as mandarin, orange & tangerine extracts. Red tea and pomegranate are powerful anti-oxidants, but equally as important to me is that I trust Ole Henriksen.

First wash your face with a gentle exfoliating cleanser, this helps to get rid of dead skin cells that make your skin feel dull. Then apply a light weight moisturizer. After that use your regular foundation (remember it should be almost your exact skin color- not lighter or darker...go to the department store if you need help finding your exact color). After that apply a gold bronzer..not too much or you will look weird..but just enough. Apply it to your cheek bones, a little on your forehead and on your chin. Voila- perfect celebrity glow!

Try this bronzer: http://www.sephora.com/browse/product.jhtml?id=P61005&categoryId=B70
