if your a fair skinned person you probably would look best in medium to cool colors such as blues,greens,and light purples and pinks those look great with blondes, brunettes and some red heads
Tanned skins look great in reds,oranges and deep purples
Darker skins look great in almost anything..that goes for ththe darker hairs as well.
*note* red heads can wear red just not orange...and they can get away with it.
