i have a wierd way of viewing fate.
Ok, this is how I imagine it.
Your in a long hallway. On both ends of the hallway there are doors. Lots of doors. Fate brings you to certian doors. But it's your own free will of whether or not you want to open said door. If you choose to open it, you must also chose if you want to go through and follow the path that is presented to you. Once you get to the end of that path, there is another door. Free will again on whether or not you want to go through. Marking the end of your journey. That door leads to another hallway...and it starts over.
My mind works in strange ways.

I believe there is only what is fated.
Free will is an illusion due to realizing there are several options to many situations, but still the final outcome was fated to happen. Sure there are several other options but due to fate we are born a certain way and our fated environment determines the rest.
There is only what was bound to happen.
Everything is connected in actions. And even the actions are determined by the past.

I believe that there is a reason for everything that happens in your life so yes I guess I do believe in fate. You may say then you can't change your life but because something does happen in your life you may want to change something -so as you see there is a reason a everything that happens to you-good or bad.

I believe in fate (but no fortune telling please), I believe everyone of us has a way to follow, there is a pattern in our life. Moreover it is easy to see that we have little to no choice in the family we are born, the upbringing we receive, the language we speak: these are all part of us, of what we become. Said that, I still believe we have some choices, we are not fully determined as we are not fully free: we can see where our way leads to, if we are lucky, and we can follow it, as well as discard it.

I believe in fate within limitations. I believe a situation is meant to be presented to you but, that you have free choice and that can change things.

No I dont believe in fate per se, I know we control the future of our lives by free will. However, everything is as it should be.
