When a car turns ,why does the direction of the cool air from an AC turn towards the oppostie direction?

Inertia. the air mass inside the car wants to stay in the same position and the car rotates around it. i used to notice that effect when riding the school bus as a kid. when we turned a sharp corner i could smell the perfume or hair spray from the girl sitting several rows away. (lets turn more corners!)
