I need answers for my homework.

You could do some research about accident trends over the last few decades. See which age groups have skyrocketed in accidents, which ones have stayed the same, gone down, etc. Then you could add the element of what caused the accidents: alcohol, illicit substances, reckless driving (like drag racing), mechanical failures of the automobile, drivers being irresponsible (like talking on a cell phone), etc. I would make an important point to mention how many fatalities have resulted from each category.

What do you mean? Things like Drive on the right? Stop at red lights? Obey traffic laws?

Some clarification would be necessary, even though I am loath to help someone with their homework if they are capable of doing the research themselves...
