I hear it a lot from some people and their like "stop it, you're eemsing again" Does anyone know what it means? Serious answers only.Thanks in advance.

it means stopping in midsentence to agree with yourself.

Are you sure you have the word right? I have conducted a thorough search and the only thing I can find with eemsing is a last name, NOT a word with a definition. The next time you see one of those people, ask them what they mean.

I think it is the phonetic way of saying MC (Master of Ceremonies). It probably means the person is trying to control or run things.

I believe it is a slang which means repeating(irritating).

maybe you do not understand the slang word they are actually saying and you have spelled it wrong.
