I have started a t-shirt design business and need some ideas from some major city residents to get a feel for what customers want to see on a t-shirt that represents their city. I appreciate sincere, unique opinions. Thanks.

cool idea, I'm sure someday you'll make a lot of money. But for me, it would be a shirt that says on it

" We Resent Where We From, We Don't Represent."

Currently I live in Miami and think a good t-shirt for this city would be one depicting a huge dog turd! I am sincere by the way...I absolutley mean it. If you have never been here but only seen movies and TV shows about this place you can't know what I am talking about. It is a dump.....therefor why not have a t-shirt showing that. Sorry this probably doesn't help you at all but I feel better now I have it off my chest (no pun intended!)

Mine would be completely blank. There's nothing here.
Actually, most likely if someone were to make a Kansas City shirt, it would either be Wizard of Oz related or have shuttlecocks from the Nelson Atkins on there. Both ideas SUCK.
If they're appealing to a younger crowd, it would probably have tech n9ne or something. whatever, all that sucks.

If they want something real, make a shirt that has KCMO and KCK and the tagline, "Which side are YOU on?"

Which is lame, but not as lame as the other ideas. I could see people buying it.

I love NYC and a good way to represent that city should show something that no other city has and that makes it diffrent than other citys.for example New York City it has the statue of liberty and twin towers if some one never been there they will still know what it's like by pepole talking about the things that stand out the most.
