Two shortcuts:
(A) "marking" the conjuctions (and context) with
symbols to match them us, such as
"opposite" relations
with a "-" minus (on the other hand, nevertheless, yet)
"adding" information
with a "+" (in addition, furthermore, moreover)
"equal" with a "=" equal sign
(in other words, such as)
(B) substituting simpler conjunction
Like "but" or "and"
and then picking words from the list that work the same way

Your list does not match the pairs of sentences given.
Did you use up some of the words, and only these are left?
If so, you may need to rework previous sentences already done.

1) -
systems are economical, "but" cost is high.
"On the other hand" ["Nevertheless" is better, but may be needed for #3] ["However" is best but not a choice]
If you use "Nevertheless for #3, then "On the other hand"
has to be used here for #1

2) =
burning causes damage, "so" we need to develop sources.
"Thus" or "Therefore" [not an option to choose from?]
If this list is ALL you have to choose from, can you use
something else for the nuclear accidents sentence?

3) -
know it causes holes, "but" people continue
"Nevertheless" "Yet" "However" [options already used?]

4) -
nations must take action, "otherwise" others will suffer
"Otherwise"

Cannot find sentences for "in addition" or "for instance"???
