These are two completely different vehicles so you need to decide what you're going to use this new vehicle for, what type of weather you have where you live, are you going to haul or pull anything? You could also have higher maintenance costs should something go wrong with the 4WD on the Expedition. Be sure to check out the interest rates on the car loan as well.
Personally I would go with the Charger because it would be alot more fun to drive and most likely better fuel economy.
Good luck!

If you are buying cash then go for whatever your heart desires. However, if you are going to finance your vehicle purchase, then you need to think about it.
Remember that cars depreciate the most in the first two years you own them. Therefore, it makes good sense to purchase a 2004 or 2005 model car or truck with 30-40k miles on it. Cars are made much better today and last for well over 100k miles when properly cared for. You can let some other chump take a bath on the depreciation and get some seriously nice wheels in the process. Oh, and if you are even THINKING about leasing either one of those cars you are a FOOL!

Two different vehicles. But what are you planning on doing with it? Towing, then get the Ford. Just transportation get either, or just get the Charger. And F off to the people who think that it won't get past 120K miles. Learn something first before spouting off your mouth.

Definitely a Charger!
I suppose it all depends on you and/or your family. Do you need the extra room or capability of an Expedition? If not, go with the Charger!

Hard to say. 2 completely different vehicles. Depends on whether you want big or fast. The Charger would be much more fun to drive.
