what do you do if "your banjo string snaps" (my boyfriend said guys will know what that means)

That's not the foreskin. The banjo string is actually your Frenulum. A Frenulum in scientific terms refers to a small piece of your tissue or your flesh that connects two parts of your body such that it restricts part of its movement.

I don't know about your BF, he can try to paste a plaster, or go see a doctor. Whichever makes sense to you or him.

I would rather him go to the doctor's. Who know what type of infection one could get down there. Then series of unfortunate events might happen to it.

What the heck is a banjo string on a male? I am a male and never heard of that.

Usually it is just painful and will correct itself. However, if the pain doesn't stop or bleeding is a problem, go see a doctor. HOWEVER, be very skeptical if he suggest circumcision. There is no reason for him to get his hood chopped off just because of this. Circumcision seems to be the american doctors panacea for all thing penis. He is blessed with having his skin, don't let it get taken away. It really isn't that big of a deal.

It's best to see a doctor before it gets infected. Usually, when the "string" snaps, you wind up getting circumsized afterwards.

.Not good, but mine did and I ended up having a circumcision,6 weeks of pain,but a laugh for my mates and sex improved more sensitive.
