I have a fuzzy pair. And when they are in need of a washing I simply toss them in the was on the gentle cycle, then into the dryer on a low temp setting. This dries them quicker and helps the fuzz to stand back up....
I have tried washing them in the sink but even wringing them out takes forever to dry.... and then the fuzz just looks flat.

I put mine in a mesh bag with a delicate load set on the shortest cycle and cold water. To dry them, put tennis balls pushed all of the way to the toes to keep air circulation inside or it will take forever to dry them. (I also anchor a fabric softener sheet around the tennis ball. It makes the inside of the slippers soft and leaves a nice smell.) I use the knit (low) cycle to dry them and keep them in the mesh bag through the drying if you have other clothing in there with them. It helps keep the fur that comes loose while tumbling from accumulating on other garments.

Fill a sink with warm water and some laundry soap. Swish them around in it. Wring them out and set them in a warm area or outside to dry.

Your delicate cycle on your machine set to the fastest cycle possible should do the trick.
