That was actually an episode of Millennium, a show created by Chris Carter of The X-Files. The song is called "Love is Blue" by Paul Mariat, and the episode is called "A Room with No View". I did not watch Millenium as much as I watched X-Files, but I remember that episode and how creepy it was that the same song was played over and over while people were being held captive.

Oh and to answer Andy K's question about the "Home" episode, that was "Wonderful Wonderful" by Johnny Mathis.

blue moon?? "you had me standin alone......."

Could it be the episode were the 3 freak brothers and the mother w/o arms killed some people and they were disfigured? That is one of my favorite episodes because of the 50's music that they play in the background. I still can't remember the name of that song though.
