A cigarette lighter works the fastest and doesn't hurt. Same for nose hairs. Just snort a little fire and their gone! Poof!

bleach them with a facial hair bleach you can get anywhere, then just cut them down. They won't be noticable, if you start to remove them more will grow thicker and darker.

A propane torch. That will take them off even with the skin or deeper if you hold it there long enough.
