I think its title 20 or 21 (where the woman gets a discount on things such as daycare).. but my question is if she is recently recieving child support does her payments for day care go up? does she have to go into her case workers office and say she is gettting support or would her case worker already know because it went through the court?

If child support is being paid through the state, welfare are the first to know. So, the ex wife or hubby receiving support and getting state help, best be turning it in, or they can get them for fraud for not reporting it.

It helps when you go or you might be depending on the system to save you money. Don't be lazy or insecure. It's your income.
