Let's say I'm a junior with a 3.6 GPA. If I can improve my GPA by next year, do you think I can get into Stanford, Brown, Boston College, MIT, Columbia, University of Chicago, and Berkeley?

i have not alot of extra-curricular activities but that might change when i get car. I am at a school that offers a good handful of honors, AP, and IB courses, but i am only interested in the classes that, well, interest me. I have alot of will-power towards business, marketing, advertising, and e-commerce.

I think it will be difficult for you to get into any of those shcools. However, if you get a decent SAT score you should be able to get into some good university.

You've picked some of the best schools in the country--schools that are competitive even for the top of the top students. Not only do they want to see exceptional grades and test scores, they want to see that you've taken a challenging curriculum. That doesn't mean you need to take all AP/IB classes, but they will want to see some. It doesn't look like you are a fit for these schools.

Schools want to see that you've been active in extra-curricular activities throughout high school--not that you've joined a club here or there, but that you've found a few things for which you are passionate, and you've pursued them. The fact that you don't have a car will not matter to them; lots of students participate in activities without a car.

Fortunately, it looks like you have a very decent GPA that will help you get into some very good colleges. . . not the top colleges you've listed, but those may not be the right schools for you anyway. Go by fit, not by name.

Sorry, I'm not going to sugar-coat for you for the 10 points.

Good luck!
