So I am Indian and my parents want me to write a bio data for myself. How do I do that? What do I include?

Is it similar to a resume? I don't want to include too much, at the same time too little. Any examples or samples available? Please Help!! Thanks.

Do you mean a Biography? Well think of it like a story, you need a begginning a middle and an end. It must also have a story line. you donthave to go on from the day you were born till now, rather think of a period in your life that was exciting and where you learned stuff and then wite about that.
