london liverpool street to harlow town railway station is about 25 minutes with an express train trains from tottenham hale to harlow is quicker as trains need to go slow between tottenham hale and london liverpool st.tottenham hale is on the victoria line
to get to epping, you may be better off taking the central line tube to epping station, but this is about an hour from liverpool st
it all depends where in central london you start off
