*IF* you mean Upgrade the DRIVER for your sound card, you can go to the sound card's manufacturer's website and check if there is a newer driver for your sound card.

*IF* you mean the actual REPLACEMENT of your sound card.... Nope, no one is going to GIVE you an "upgraded" sound card for Free
