Receiving Text Messages online?

I don't have a cell phone or number. Are the any websites where I can receive text messages online. I know theres plenty where I can send a text message, but I am looking for both receive and send.

Is there any site or program where I can sign up and it would give me a number to use so I can receive texts? I can't find anything. Thank you

you can get text message on you home phone.it is called
text to landline
it is cool
