Consultants-Doctors-Nurses etc., etc.,?

Would you vote for your favourite (as above) - if so who and where - if possible (NO details of illness's please) - just who and where in the UK is possible. Reason behind my question is I am oppossed to celebs and such like receiving money rewards and more money - they are certainly on planet lolliwood' if you get my meaning.

Dr Alan Carson (consultant) at the Royal Edinburgh Hospital he has been the only Dr I have been seen by who listened to me properly ,didnt interupt me,just treated me like a normal human being. That man deserves the highest award possible for his services to medicine.
