I agree with Melissa, Target and Old Navy would be the first place I would look! Also look into Gap (they've got stuff that goes on sale all the time) and also Ebay is not a bad idea. You could also check out the website Cragislist.org for your area and see if anyone local can give you some better suggestions or perhaps someone on there is selling their clothes.
My friends and I started a tradition of rotating maternity clothes since we're all relatively similar in size. It works really well and then when we are the pregnant one we usually buy a few new pieces and add it to the collection. This has been going on for 6 years and is still going strong and since we are all pregnant during different seasons we pretty much have clothes for year round. Just a suggestion :0)

You can find some good, name brand (if you're into them, I'm not), gently used or new maternity clothes on eBay. I would suggest, though, going into a store and trying on some maternity clothes, just to get a feel for what is going to fit you first. That way you know what is going to fit before you go searching.
Good luck!
Edited to add: While Walmart does have a maternity section, there is usually very little selection or stock and the quality of the merchandise is generally horrible.

I was lucky enough to be given lots of hand me downs, but I also found some deals at thrift shops. That was before Ebay, too, so be sure to include that as a resource.
If you are in the middle of your baby years, you might want to consider spending a little $ on basic items like pants or jeans that have multiple snaps to fit through various stages of pregnancy, and if you plan to nurse, a couple of nice tops with openings at the breast for easy access. A few quality pieces will last through several years and 2 or more babies and is more economical in the long run.

The BEST website ever: www.freecycle.org! You can find a nearby freecycle group to join, and you will be so happy you did! You can get everything from maternity clothes to a washer and dryer set, and everything in between. And the law of freecycle is that no money is ever offered or requested...EVER.
Good luck:)

Target and Old Navy were my favorite places. Old Navy has really great maternity clothes on-line, and they are always having big sales.

I don't know how tiny you are but when i was pregnant, I thought mat clothes were too expensive. they know how to rip us off!!!! I bought a few pairs of capri pants from Old Navy (still expensive) but I just shopped at regular clothing stores but bought bigger sizes. Mat Clothes are ugly and expensive, and if you want fashionable mat clothes they are even more expensive. Good luck
