Unfortunetly, not much looks good with pastel pink.
Stick with white. Black will make you look juvenile and un-matched.
Stock up on white tees and tanks. H&M has super cheap t-shirts in a variety of colors for about 5 for 6 bucks each. Also, Mossimo brand tanks at Target are great, too. They're about 7 or 8 bucks. You could always layer a light link tank under a white one for an added pop. Stick with the pastels, though. Anything else will look off.
You want to keep in casual, obviously, with the sweatpants, so don't worry about it too much.

I have a pair of pink sweatpants that go very well with a white sleeveless tee or a soft over jacket. The colors are either white or pink.
