I was thinking about the situation between me and an eighteen year old about how I always feel uncomfortable around him and lately he is getting too touchy feely. What makes people turn on others and want to do this to others?

Usually it is because someone did it to them when they were younger and never got help for it. Its about controlling someone else and making them do sick things to turn themselves on. Be careful with the 18 yr old if he continues to get to close let him know you do not feel comfortable with him near you or touching you and if he continues tell an adult you trust

sexual and emotional abuse is all about controll. they have none and need to or like to control others by way of put downs,sly remarks that leave one feeling confused. the roller coaster effect. good sometimes maybe really good. other times bad, really bad. know one has the right to make you feel uncomfortable in any situation. say stop touching me! and if he don't get out of there and stay away. trust what you feel inside your always right on these things. good luck

I feel some people do this because it was done to them. I was emotionally abused by my father, and I always wondered why he would say things to me. I was always told that I would never be nothing in life. When I got older I found out that is how is fathered talked to him that way when he was growing up.
