If you have an affair with someone's wife and trick the guy into raising your kid... is it something that can be understood or forgiven or totally wrong?!

I personally think it's something totally wrong.
You could be forgiven if they choose to forgive you. But I'm not sure if they will understand your reasoning behind this!
It wasn't fair to the other man or the child. The child is being raised by someone that is not his father, when he had the opportunity to.

You want someone else to raise YOUR child? That is wrong from SO many different angles! The child would probably be better off with the other guy.....you don't sound like much of a Dad anyway!
