It depends what your specialty is... my friend went to culinary school to become a chef and took on an entry level job and was getting about $40k? I think... and after making friends and connections different restaurants like Disney and Marriot offered him better jobs. Right now he is making more I believe at the Beverly Hills Hilton... Like I said I think it depends on experience and specialty. =]
