Human skin with its three main layers takes quite a beating with sun, wind, dryness and above all AGE.

We can't turn back the clock but we can replace the lost moisture and oil that our skin loses, especially in winter..

World travelers say the softest and nicest skin belongs to the SHEEP SHEERERS of New Zealand. Handling sheep all day puts LANOLIN into the hands of the workers, keeping them moist and soft.

We can do the same. Go to Walgreens and ask the pharmacist which hand cream contains the most LANOLIN. That's the one to buy. And it should not be expensive since lanolin sells for about 50 cents a pound. But the mfgr will add a bit of perfume so that your jar will bring the cost to $5. That's business folks !

The Aveeno daily facial scrub pads are great. They come is Clear Complexion and Radiant Skin. I've used both and love them. The pads have two sides, a scrubby, exfoliant side, and a smooth, moisurizing side. Using both in one facial wash will wash away inmpurities and dead skin, leaving you with a very soft, healthy glow. One tub of 28 pads is about 7 bucks at Wal-mart.

However, any cleanser that exfoliates your skin will give you the same results. You could most likely use an exfoliating facial clothe and your normal cleanser and your skin would be a little brighter after a few weeks. What's important is removing impurities and dead skin cells from the day.

The Aveeno pads are more convenient, though :)

Good luck.

I sell Mary Kay cleansing, exfoliating and freshening the skin removes the rough stuff that can cause skin to look dull and less healthy and in part lack of firmness is caused by loss of moisture. so in short a good skin care routine that exfoliates the dead surface skin. If you would like any MK samples email me.

There is no magic pill, cream or product.

Your best bet is a healthy diet, with lots of water.
Follow that up with regular exercise and plenty of rest.
And finally, consult with a dermatologist for professional skin care.
