The UCLA state that tuition fees are identical to that for residential fees. They have also stated that i can apply to the SLM Financial for a loan. How does this proces work and what are the chances of me getting to the UCLA?

UCLA's film program is incredibly competitive so chances of admission are not high, however, being an international student shouldn't make the chances worse.

Loans are usually not available to non-US citizens so be sure to check about that. Maybe you can get a loan through a private bank, but you certainly do not qualify for any federal or state loan programs. Also, as a foreigner, you won't be able to simply declare residency in the state of California, which means that you won't be able to pay lower-rate in-state tuition fees.

no count in case you stick to as a CA resident or as a worldwide student makes a great distinction. there are in basic terms a tiny form of spots for int'l scholars. various the gap if for CA citizens, plus they pay the extra value-effective training. i could call the admissions workplace to work out in case you are able to stick to as a primary CA student. You being right here in 2 years makes issues form of complicated. this is optimal to talk it over with them to precise decide precisely what you're.
