It probably is a coincidence because February does not have many holidays and there were probably some Black History moments in February. It is an accomplishment to even have a month devoted to your people even if it is a short month. They don't have a White History month, but if they did I would want it to be in April, the best month of the year!

No coincidence at all. This was done on purpose as a slap in the face to all of my African American sisters and brothers.
