When I am put in a situation where people have to look at me...like giving a speech or lecture. I just want to die!

When I have to make a presentation to a large group of people.
When I am runnning to catch the train or bus but miss it anyway and people are staring.
When my little boy makes noise in church during a sermon when everyone is attentive and quiet.

In a social situation with people I hardly know, and have nothing in common with. Making inane small talk for the sake of it is the pits.

Whenever I am in a room with any amount of people I dont know, or whenever I am somewhere that I cannot easily get home from.
Its a real pain.

For me, it's when I'm watching a show I really like and someone I respect is watching it for the first time with me. And it never fails, it ends up being the one episode where my favorite characters are acting like total idiots, and the person I respect is going "Why are you watching this crap?"

walking into a room full of people, talking to people i dont really know, when there is only you and one other person around, so it feels like you MUST make conversation...

Around people I know that don't like me- we just sit there in silence and stare at each other. It's horrid.

when i am out on the town, i always think i look good before i go out and then when i am out i see all those young girls look so much better than me
