Help, it has been 10 months trying to conceive and we just found out that my spouse has 60% abnormal sperm. At what point do you give up and try aritifical insemination. It is the last thing I want to do but if I don't have any other choice then I just want to do it. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I did...my Dr says that it only takes one sperm to get pregnant. I was on clomid (not for that reason) but maybe you should try it...then chart your cycle and find the time you ovulate, have sex every other day around that time (gives hubby a chance to"build" up a supply) It took me a litle longer to get pregnant but I did.

I'm sorry to hear that i know it has to be hard for both you and your spouse..
Their are some herbs out their for men that increase mobility and sperm that woul probably increase your chances of concieving..You can go to your nearest health food store and ask someone their to show you the best herbs to take that will help. Also try lookin around online for herbs ect to take to help with your hubbies problem. I'm sure you will find something..Just look in google under herbs for men
good luck and lots of baby dust!
