get a bunch of flocked bunnies and put bridles in their mouths with the reins hanging down their backs. Or have a big easter basket filled with goodies. Put some of the horse treats and gear in it too. Have the flocked bunnies or bunnies to the size of the basket, have them tied to a western fence by the reins and have the bridle in the rabbits' mouths. Get extra extra large eggs, kind of like the ones you get for the front yard. Cut them in half and make like lead ropes or something sort of coming out of them. You know. Like place the egg somewhat opened to show that inside the egg there was a lead or something. Have easter grass all over underneath the display.

PS. Tack Store is horse equipment. I looked it up. Bridles and saddles and stuff like that.

Flower pots of Easter Lilies, Bunnies, Chocolate, Little Easter Eggs, maybe do a raffle of an Easter Basket or do an Easter Egg hunt for the children.

Anything bright and cheery, that welcomes spring, and also shows reverence to the meaning of the holiday - Jesus's resurrection.

You could always do little nests with plastic eggs or baby chicks in them. I think lots of flowers, tulips and daffodils especially, symbolize the advent of spring. Or a few nicely decorated straw hats with an Easter theme might bring to mind the wonderful pleasures of outdoors and upcoming equestrian events. Comically perhaps a modified Easter bunny with his own tack.

How about building a weathered looking wooden cross and hang a rope and cowboy hat on it, then bring in some Easter bunnies and chicks?

Lindt makes some adorable little chocolate sheep. They come in a pack of 5 or 6, all of them being white except for one black sheep!
