Princess Margarita of Romania used to be a student at Edinburgh University (late 1970s or early 1980s I think). I'm pretty certain she doesn't live in Edinburgh now though.
I certainly haven't bumped into her recently :-))

No. King Mihai the First and his five daughers live in Switzerland, at Versoix and sometimes in Romania, in Bucharest at Elisabeta palace.
