Master skill or know all?

Question

If you could master any one skill or know everything there is to know about any one subject in an instant, what would you want to learn and why?

I'd like to know all the wisdom that could be found in the Bible. Whew...that's a lot of stuff!

I would love to be a Master Trouble Shooter. I would like to carry a Cell Phone that only the President of the United States had the number to. If that phone rang it would be the real deal, not some flunky but the President himself, on the other end with a big problem.

Can you imagine a more challenging and potentially rewarding job??? The BIG downside would be you could never tell anyone about what you did for a living. That would be tough but I think I could handle it.

I spent 22 years in the military and am now 59 years old. I am not a teenager who watches too many James Bond movies. I have some real insight into the job I am discussing.

Not sure that I'd want to do that, especially since one of the pleasures in life is learning new things about a variety of subjects. But if I were to choose, I think I'd choose.... Life or the Universe! Close, more focused runner-ups would be archeology, history and or paleontology. These 3 would give me invaluable knowledge about the past and its many mysteries.
