It's quite normal to ask professional actors to do student work for no more than a bit of lunch and expenses. But you need to be professional in the way that you behave, don't take liberties and treat these people with respect.

If you're in London the City Lit drama department, near Covent Garden, which runs courses for radio acting would be a good place.

Your University's Drama Dept. would be a great place to start. Another would be your local community theater. There's always tons of talent in those things.

Stick flyers up in the union. Universities are full of people who think they can act. Also you could contact the Drama society if you have one.
