yes we adjust to hot climate but not complete, we still find ourselves complaining of extreme heat, the sun really pricks our skin!!! sometimes i feel like walking in a frying pan under the sun, or like a bread .toasted in the oven, we live closer to hell, the sun is getting hotter and hotter, it must have been due to the destruction of the ozone layer.

I can answer that from personal experience originating from Greece, but now living in the UK.

I have now acclimatised to the weather in the UK, which I found to be very cold when I first came. When I go back to Greece in spring and autumn when the temperature in Athens may be, say, 20 degrees C and I feel warm, many Athenians are still wearing leather coats and sweaters.

So yes, you do adjust to the heat where you live (within reason of course - even the Greeks would find 40 degrees too much).

From personal experience...definitely...its the same if you move from a hotter climate area to a much colder place...you eventually adjust but it takes time...

why yes! just like some people who live in these climates would not adjust well if they had to move to a place where the temperature is 45 degrees. its nothing to you but that would be horrible to them
