Can you please tell me where to find an article about a small social industry in any country

Try the Journal of the Political Economy or Economia. Both of these should be able to be found at a college library. If neither of these are available, then you might be able to find something about a social industry in any country in the Wall Street Journal. They have a section devoted to parts about other countries.
