where is the best place to hold a black tie event In Las vegas? Who has the best prices?

the company i work for hosts an event once a year. last year we used bellagio.. it was very nice, and rediculously expensive.. this year i think we are going with four seasons for a much more reasonable price... ( about 1/3rd of what we paid bellagio)..

There is also the Renaissance Las Vegas, which offers a "non-gaming" approach.. im not sure about their pricing though.

I have also attended an even at the mandalay bay, and while I don't know too much about prices ( I would assume it was probably a little less than bellagio, but not too much), the food was terrific!!!

The entrance from parking is much more conveinient at mandalay bay, since the ballrooms are in a different building than the hotel its self, they have their own valet etc....
at bellagio, it is all in one building, and it is a bit of a haul from outside to the ballrooms area.
