I think it's an unfortunate truth he'll walk off to some sorta political rehab group or something, miss... These bigwigs never get tried for anything. In fact, it seems to me that the worse they do, the better off they get; oh, I'm sure he'll be condemned a lot, and have to leave politics, but, that doesn't mean much, especially when he's still applicable for a termination of contract bonus... Ugh. All the buruecracy just makes ya sick, doesn't it?

From what I have read his memory is no better or no worse than any of the witnesses. Seems the real problem here is Fitzgerald. He knew who the leaker was but proceeded with the investigation. Seems to be an ethics question here more than anything else. For someone to continue pursuing a resolved issue can only mean they have an agenda. The defense probably should have called him as a witness to get to the bottom of this question.

We all know that somebody is guilty, and if they don't have the right man, then perhaps they should look higher up.

But, truly all evidence points to his guilt, and even if he was given illegal orders by his boss, he still should not have followed illegal orders.

If he is convicted, Bush will pardon him immediately anyway.

This is nothing but a travesty of justice in America.

Guilty as hell but he'll walk! If not he'll get pardoned by DUBUA and the boys!
