The only way to stop a tornado is to use nuclear missiles, but that would mean destroying the twister and everything else around it at the same time.

If you could release a very large quantity of atomized liquid nitrogen in the funnel of a small tornado it likely would thermally disconnect it from the storm clouds above. However, there would be no guarantee that it would not be reestablished. Likely you would 'divert' the subsequent tornado and rather than an act of God (for insurance and damage suits) it would become an act of howdy doody.

With the presently available technology you cannot stop a tornado even though many suggestions are made which are not practicable.Pray to God , he will be able to stop.
