Do yourself a favour, don't even think about trying to change your tyres yourself.

Few people have the tools to do this sort of job themselves at home, you will almost certainly end up damaging your rims, probably damage your tyres & even if you manage to change the tyre you won't be able to get the tyre to seat properly on the rim unless you have a compressor.

Inner tubes are not designed to fit in tubeless tyres (hence their name) & would be a real pig to try & fit inside small scooter wheels.

I change my own tyres at home but have worked for a bike dealers & so have acquired all the kit & experience to do it. If you don't have anyone to show you how to do this it will just end in tears!

You won't find the information you need in any manuals either, tyre manufacturers strongly recommend you take you bike to a dealers to get tyres fitted due to the degree of difficulty & danger involved.

First you have to remove the wheel. To remove the rear wheel, the exhaust pipe has to be removed.
You can put an inner tube in a tubless tire. Make sure the foreign object that created the flat is removed. Then you'll have to remove the valve stem. Cut it.
Installing an inner tube or changing the tire uses the same process.
Installing a tube will be more difficult for a new-be. They're easy to pinch.
You'll need tire irons for either.

Anyone attempting to work on their own bike should own a shop manaul.

As long as the tyre is in a good condition I cant see a problem with putting in a tube.
