After two days of trying to concieve, I feel sudden sharp shooting pains in my lower stomach and lower back? Am I pregnant? Is it too early to tell if I'm pregnant since we only tried yesterday and the day before.

You could just be sore from trying so much. Yes, it is too early to tell if you're pregnant. You usually have to wait until you either miss your period or there are pregnancy tests out there that can tell you 5 days before you even start/miss it. Personally, when my husband and I were trying to concieve our 3 kids, we didn't try every day, but every other day. Our doctor said that would help, like he'd have more spermies and we'd have a better chance of concieving. Guess he knew what he was talking about. LOL On a more serious note, if you are really worried about the pain you're expirencing, go see your doctor. Good luck with concieving! God Bless

It's too early to tell, and you are probably not pregnant yet. The pains don't sound too good, but they are not a sign of pregnancy.

People swear that I'm crazy, but I did feel a slight heaviness in my abdomen about 2 weeks before I found out I was pregnant, but that was not at all painful.
