Call the dealer and use your warranty.

If you live in a cold area, the gas could freeze (especially if your tank is low), or the battery might become undercharged easily. Seeing its still a day old, i would probably say your gas froze, the battery couldn't have died so quickly unless you forgot to turn your lights off or such. There are gas antifreeze, you can get them at any gas station, auto stores, or places like wal mart . That would be my first move on my 16 year old car, but if I had a day old car, I would contact the dealer instantly.

Call the dealer and raise cain. That vehicle is entirely too new to do anything but, call the dealer and they should tow it in and provide you with transportation.

I would tell them to tow it in and fix it. You shouldn't have to pay for anything, I know I wouldn't.
